I think I would start reading most likely after YA fiction is historical fiction or maybe romance. I have a soft spot somewhere deep in my heart for them. I have always loved history especially historical fiction and when i was younger I had a soft spot for them.

ReplyDeleteI never liked history when I was in school, but as I've gotten older, I can't seem to get enough of historical fiction! Weird, huh? I guess it just wasn't interesting enough in the textbook version!! :) But, the way an author can portray it makes me WANT to know more about the time period. I love it! :)

While I sometimes like to read historical fiction, I prefer it as a part of YA novels. :D If authors would stop writing YA (which is a horrible thought), I think I'd read chick lit.
